Valentine's Day Dinner for Two

For dinner are you going to make reservations or stay home and make dinner?  
We decided on the latter. 

The Menu

Bruschetta with tomato basil sauce and mozzerella cheese

Crisp Romaine Salad with Cranberries and Pecans
 
Lobster Tails with Lemon Butter

Grilled Venison Tenderloin

Golden Pound Cake with Raspberry Sauce and Whipped Cream

Red Wine / Cold Brew Iced Tea


Bruschetta with tomato and mozzerella cheese
Emeril would say it has good color on it--OK, I agree!


Crisp Romaine Salad with Cranberries and Pecans
The vinegarette:
 olive oil, white wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, dry mustard, sugar.


The salad!  So crisp and refreshing.....


Lobster tails with Lemon Butter

Wrapped in foil, brushed with a lemon zest butter mixture and placed on the grill.
The lobster tails were scewered to prevent them from curling while cooking.


The lobster dipped in drawn butter!  There are no words!!



Grilled Venison Tenderloin....mmmmmmm


Golden Pound Cake with Raspberry Sauce and Whipped Cream


The dessert after a bite was taken!


After more bites were taken!!


Oh my!  Dinner was wonderful.  Hope your Valentine's Day was wonderful, too!
